- Attend trials and appellate arguments, take notes, maintain exhibits, and summarize trial testimony and depositions.
- Organize and maintain documents for presentation and filing.
- Respond to inquiries from complainants, respondents, witnesses, and the public while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare and organize trial notebooks.
- Maintain a docket control system using case-tracking software and an external tracking system.
- Assist the Statewide Compliance Monitor with respondents’ compliance with disciplinary judgments.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Experience using case management software.
