  • 6+ years enterprise level experience as a Supply Chain Consultant in a customer facing capacity
  • Required: Deep knowledge and expertise in fulfillment logistics: warehousing, inventory management, distribution, 3PL management and operations, P&L impact of logistics optimizations
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams
  • Preferred: Specialized industry experience (food and beverage, grocery, retail, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and quantitatively articulate the top and bottom line impacts of supply chain solutions that improve visibility, reduce lead time, mitigate capital expenditures and right-size working capital
  • Strong ability to utilize data to demonstrate value of our offerings to prospective clients in a consultative manner
  • Extensive experience creating and delivering compelling presentations
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce is a must
  • Data driven with a strong analytical skill set able to not only interpret data, but also to develop sophisticated models based on assumptions ascertained through Customer interviews, internal analytics tools (Tableau, etc.), and industry benchmarks
  • Serve as the technical team player to develop full-solution and customized proposals and demos
  • Collaborate with the Account Team (Account Executive, Account Management, Solution Consultants, Onboarding, Support) to build customer business proposals and support the delivery of these proposals on a regular basis
  • Conduct discovery, ask more technical questions to uncover client needs and articulate LeafLink Supply Chain's resources and capabilities
  • Develop return on investment models for customers to quantify the value of the LeafLink solutions
  • Able to context switch, prioritize, and remain organized while supporting sales motions with multiple clients simultaneously in collaboration with multiple Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on relevant Training & Enablement content development and delivery for our largest and most strategic clients
  • Work with Solution Consulting leadership to improve the quality of LeafLink demonstrations
  • Up to 25% travel
