  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and / or healthcare industry experience including experience with reimbursement of specialty pharmacy products, marketing, provider and / or managed care is required
  • Neurology experience preferred

  • Management of the coordination of services between HUB, its partners and vendors
  • Manage operations of patient support programs, to ensure high quality performance and adherence to contractual requirements
  • Monitor and track program data quality and help troubleshoot issues in support of positive patient and physician experience
  • Conduct regularly scheduled vendor site visits and / or business reviews
  • Successfully work within a matrix environment and establish and maintain relationships internal BMS partners and external vendors
  • Work closely with the Immunology Area Reimbursement Team to assist with resolution of program escalations
  • Program specific training and development for the Area Reimbursement Team
  • Manage program correspondence, scripting and collateral via BMS internal legal and regulatory approval process
  • Manage budget and appropriate allocation of funds against priorities
  • Ability to incorporate knowledge of the market and competitive landscape into brand and commercial strategies
  • Ability to manage 20% Travel
