Responsibilities
  • Personally welcome Elite, VIP, and Executive Office guests upon arrival and ensure attentive follow-up throughout their stay
  • Act as the main point of contact for these guests: stay preparation, expectation management, and post-departure follow-up in close collaboration with the Guest Experience team
  • Oversee VIP Executive Office room assignments in coordination with the General Manager
  • Maintain direct communication with the hotel’s Owners, particularly regarding reservations for their family members
  • Represent the General Manager in their absence and provide a 'welcome on behalf of Management'
  • Organize special gestures or events to build loyalty among our regular guests (cocktails, private tours, dinners, etc.)
  • Introduce VIP guests to the General Manager and Director of Operations
  • Participate in room inspections upon request from the General Manager
  • Stay continuously informed about hotel operations, key guest profiles, and upcoming events
  • Coordinate interdepartmental requests (Housekeeping, Amenities, etc.) and ensure smooth communication regarding guest needs
  • Manage Executive Office tasks in the absence of the Executive Assistant
  • Uphold service quality standards and represent General Management at all times
  • Handle guest complaints with discernment and keep Management informed of any significant issues
  • Respond effectively to any emergency or safety-related situation
  • Act as the liaison between the hotel and the Corporate Office for Elite guests and members of the Executive Committee
