Requirements
  • Trusts and estates attorney, or tax attorney with strong trusts and estates background
  • 7-10 years’ law firm practice experience
  • Experience and a strong background in international trusts and estates and tax
  • Experience in and knowledge of foreign trust taxation, taxation of business entities, and both onshore and offshore investment structures
  • Tax and estate planning strategies
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound estate planning
  • Additional expertise with international philanthropy is a plus
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues and strategies using simplified terminology
  • Fluency in speaking Spanish language is a plus
