Requirements
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • The driving record must be acceptable to the company's current insurance carrier.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications is required.
  • Experience in an automotive customer service role or automotive service writer, advisor, or sales role is required.
  • The position requires standing and walking for most of the workday, coordinating parts, and occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds.
  • The position requires maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
  • The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest who enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair the guest's vehicle in an understandable manner.
  • Manage the store's workflow effectively and efficiently.
  • Sell services consistently and effectively without compromising honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
  • Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and the guest.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest-service activities.
  • Shuttle guests as needed in a company-branded vehicle.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to the proper specifications.
  • Work as part of the team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
