- A current driver's license is required.
- The driving record must be acceptable to the company's current insurance carrier.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications is required.
- Experience in an automotive customer service role or automotive service writer, advisor, or sales role is required.
- The position requires standing and walking for most of the workday, coordinating parts, and occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds.
- The position requires maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
- The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Greet every guest who enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
- Present the best solution to properly repair the guest's vehicle in an understandable manner.
- Manage the store's workflow effectively and efficiently.
- Sell services consistently and effectively without compromising honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
- Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and the guest.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest-service activities.
- Shuttle guests as needed in a company-branded vehicle.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to the proper specifications.
- Work as part of the team and assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
