  • 5+ years Product Management experience in payments and financial technology with progressive responsibility
  • Ability to build requirements based on business stakeholder input and translate requirements to user stories for engineering team execution
  • Deep and technical understanding of the U.S. payments ecosystem (card, ACH, checks) and fundamental accounting principles
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology and engagement with technical engineering teams

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance and key customers to drive product innovation and roadmap decisions
  • Execute on delivery of product initiatives by fostering close coordination with Engineering and QA teams
  • Identify market opportunities and align the product vision and strategy by ensuring a rolling four quarter product roadmap view, reviewed and published on a quarterly basis
  • Actively engage with cross-functional teams to execute on integrated roadmap capabilities and Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts
  • Close competitive product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, reduce costs and reduce operational friction.
  • Improve the internal and external customer experience and drive product and channel penetration with existing clients.
  • Maintain an expert level of product and market knowledge for the Business Payments vertical
  • Manage the Product backlog to rapidly deliver value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Technology to prioritize ongoing technology and security maintenance activities
