Job Summary
Excellent opportunity to join a successful well-established company looking to grow to the next level. The Wealth Service Coordinator will act as the system Subject Matter Expert, taking ownership of processes and development to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the team. This position will become familiar with the Black Diamond, RCI or Salentica Wealth Platform to establish and enforce business, operational and IT related procedures to maximize system utilization and ease of access for current users. Contribute toward the continued development, implementation, administration and support of the system, recommending feedback for process automation and improvements where they are possible.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with internal departments and strategic partners to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
Maintain current Wealth Platform, following office protocols while relaying information, procedures and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor system performance, work with IT to implement changes, and apply necessary patches and versions when required.
Make recommendations to improve process efficiencies
Coordinate and drive investment-related administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as a resource for others to answer questions, resolve issues and train new team members
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management
Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform Preferred
Experience in software implementation is preferred
Professional experience in IT related field preferred, but not necessary
