  • Deep Knowledge of the New York Benefits Market: You bring substantial experience managing benefits programs for employer groups in the New York area and understand the region’s benefits landscape.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Client Acquisition: You will spearhead Nava’s expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the New York market. Your primary focus will be on hunting—bringing in new clients while expanding your existing portfolio.
  • Advisory & Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups, advising on benefits strategy and helping optimize their benefits solutions through customized, data-driven approaches. Your deep knowledge of employee benefits will enable you to deliver impactful insights that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Hunter’s Mindset: You’re a natural closer, constantly seeking out new opportunities. You thrive on bringing in new business and scaling your client portfolio, retaining client business and generating consistent new revenue each year.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Trends: Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities, using your deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape to position Nava as a leader in the market.
  • Collaboration with Client Success: While your primary focus is growth, you will collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure high retention rates and superior client satisfaction.
