Requirements
  • A Bachelor's and/or higher degree qualification in a relevant area (e.g., Business, Commerce, Engineering)
  • Experience in strategy and/or management consulting is essential
  • Experienced strategy consultants with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven strategic problem-solving and top-down thinking methodologies used by top-tier strategy firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, L.E.K., Strategy&, Accenture)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicators with experience presenting to senior-level clients (Executive, General Manager, Deputy Secretary, C-Level), including the ability to think on their feet and engage across multiple communication mediums
  • Pragmatic high-achievers who strive for top-tier results while maintaining a practical, outcome-driven approach
