Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and delivery plan to optimize and modernize in-market products.
  • Apply a data-driven approach combined with big-picture thinking to set strategic direction and prioritize product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee product operations, including taxonomy development, sales training, product stage-gating, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Partner with technology teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and drive scalable growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health systems and providers, to understand their needs and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the EVP & GM of Healthgrades to align product strategy with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on product performance, roadmap progress, and key metrics.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product development and delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Consumer-focused digital and ecommerce experience is a plus.
