Requirements
  • Mastery of the product development process within an at-scale B2C product company
  • Strong user science and research experience skills
  • Strong people management expertise with a focus on EQ, mentorship, guidance, and asking the right questions
  • Mastery of strategic planning and ROI thinking in a company with a product-led business model
  • Experience in 0 to 1 product development
  • 8+ years of product management or equivalent Director-level product experience at consumer technology companies
  • 4+ years of experience managing product managers or product marketers
  • Proven results in scaling B2C products, growing the top of the consumer funnel, and making subsequent funnel steps more efficient
  • Dozens of product experiments launched and iterated upon
  • Substantive experience leveraging user research and insights into new user value within the product experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively present ideas
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally at all levels of the organization
  • Ideally, experience in product marketing and storytelling
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Product squads to increase the number of petitions created by everyday people
  • Increase media & influencer engagement with petitions
  • Build Change.org's first-ever mobile app for local changemakers
  • Ensure coaching, guidance, and mentorship for Product Managers
  • Shape practices and processes throughout the product organization
  • Steward empowering, consistent Product processes across squads
  • Increase eNPS scores of managed individuals
