- Last year of Engineer Degree or Master degree (Quality Assurance or Engineering for Medical devices)
- Knowledge in Quality Systems, preferably in medical devices standards (ISO 13485:2016)
- Fluent in English and French
- Good communication abilities to bring changes in a complex organization.
- Participate in the digitalization of QMS processes by updating the Quality Documentation
- Draft instructions that describe the quality processes in the eQMS
- Improve current Procedures
- Help / Train document owners to perform Periodic Reviews of documents (Procedures/Work instructions, etc.) and updates of the documentation
- Participate to the validation effort of eQMS solution
- Maintenance of the Validated state of the system
- Support roll out of the eQMS on new sites
- Matrix for QMS documentation certifications
