Requirements
  • Commercial sales leadership for at minimum 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities
  • Leads the Commercial and Business Development teams to develop and successfully execute annual revenue targets
  • Reviews and analyzes sales reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Ensure key processes are consistently implemented for appointment setting, inspection process, selling technique, etc.
  • Works collaboratively on marketing programs and promotions to increase sales
  • Conduct regular meetings to ensure constant communication and consistent application of company sales strategy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through various communication channels
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the market and implement strategies to maximize productivity
  • Set annual budgets and goals with the sales team
  • Monitor and approve expenses to ensure compliance with budgets
  • Conduct weekly 1 on 1’s with team members to assess progress toward goals
  • Responsible for performance management and Personal Development Plans of the team
  • Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices in sales & production techniques
  • Direct team and self to complete all assigned training via Bone Dry University
  • Drive relationship between Production and Sales departments for strong execution and communication
