The Oliver Wyman DNA is a distinguished center of excellence for business analytics and data analytics within Oliver Wyman. This group leverages data and information to provide business insights to Oliver Wyman consulting teams driving positive outcomes and tangible impact for Oliver Wyman’s clients. The group combines cutting edge data science expertise with core consulting expertise to augment engagement teams with analytical firepower to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for global client teams, building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.

• Lead analytical projects by defining analysis approaches and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with senior team members to identify risks and growth opportunities for clients.

• Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Gather and extract data from various databases, Excel, and relevant sources for BI reporting.

• Engage with clients to understand their reporting needs and align KPIs with business objectives.

• Coordinate with clients to collect, clean, and validate datasets, ensuring data integrity.

• Develop data models to identify relationships and trends, enhancing business performance insights.

• Create automations in sharepoint using power automate, power apps etc.

• Design and create interactive dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Maintain and optimize existing BI reports and dashboards for accuracy and relevance.

• Stay updated on market trends and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent. MS or Certificate courses in analytics preferred

Experience:

• Over 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years with business intelligence tools like Power BI.

• 2 years of management consulting or investment banking experience

• Experience using power automate, power apps and Sharepoint is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering actionable insights through data modeling and visualization.

• Excellent client-facing abilities, building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership.

• Proven experience in data automation, creating dashboards in Power BI, and analytical modeling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and platforms, including familiarity with Gen AI
