We are seeking an energetic, quality-oriented individual to join our team as anElectrical Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a desire to work and grow their profession as a team player within a multi-discipline engineering firm. 

Your primary role will include electrical design for facilities supporting new construction and renovations in collaboration with architects, civil, structural, mechanical and fire protection engineers. Duties include the development of electrical engineering design deliverables including drawings, specifications, calculations, testing requirements, acceptance criteria, reports, etc. This position will support projects with diverse and technically challenging electrical, controls, and telecommunication systems design for commercial, institutional, alternative energy, military, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with licensed professional engineers and design professionals to provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 2-5 years of electrical engineering experience required
• Engineer-in-Training having passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, or ability to pass the exam within 6 months
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, etc.
• Experience with National Electrical Code, ICC codes, and local code amendments
• Experience with AutoCAD/REVIT
• Experience with lighting software (AGI, Visual Lighting)
• Experience with instrumentation and controls design is a plus.
• Experience with power system analysis software (E-TAP, EasyPower, SKM) is a plus

The expected annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
