Requirements
  • Bachelors’ Degree and two (2) years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting relating in healthcare, consulting or insurance industries, OR six (6) years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting relating in healthcare, consulting or insurance industries.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Creating medical plan review presentations for employer group clients and for presenting those reviews to the client.
  • Analyzing health claims utilization and cost data to identify and interpret trends and patterns and assess medical and economic outcomes.
  • Delivering actionable insights and potential strategies to decision-makers.
  • Partnering closely with other teams (account management, pharmacy, clinical, etc) to create a holistic plan review for clients.
