  • 3+ years of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, management consulting, or Customer Success Management in a hyper-growth SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of experience with AuditBoard modules, data load process, and advanced configurations
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Google Business Suite, MS Office, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for working with customers and solving technical challenges
  • Experience interfacing with C-level executives
  • Ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Stay updated on product updates and features to provide insights to customers
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Conduct training sessions to empower customers
  • Collaborate with customers to maximize value and identify opportunities for account expansion
