Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in post-sale campaign management, preferably in podcast or newsletter advertising
  • Understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and delivery reporting
  • Familiarity with podcast ad platforms like Simplecast or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in hybrid setting
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the pre-sales process by attending client calls as needed, updating proposals, and tracking deal statuses to support pipeline progression
  • Complete RFPs for agencies and brands interested in advertising on the Good Inside podcast or newsletter
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for advertisers and agencies post-sale
  • Assist the Director of Partnerships on creating internal and external campaign briefs and timelines for active partnerships
  • Assist in project management of active deals post-sale, acting as the liaison across internal teams (including copywriters, email marketers, and video production) to ensure all deliverables are sent and deadlines are met
  • Monitor podcast and newsletter campaign performance and delivery, providing timely responses and performance reports to advertisers
  • Track pacing and inventory across products; flag trends and performance shifts to the Director of Partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to update the media kit, adjust pricing or packaging, and open more ad inventory based on performance insights
  • Create clear and insightful post-campaign wrap-up reports for partners with learnings and key metrics
