Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field along with five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial setting, or at least 10 years of relevant experience managing heavy manufacturing projects without a degree.
  • Relevant experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment or industrial setting and coordinating launches for new production equipment.
  • Ability to manage a project team in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex factory transformation projects.
  • Manage the implementation of a new plant layout or plant transformation.
  • Organize project teams and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Determine resource and contracting requirements.
  • Monitor and report project status, including cost, timing, and staffing.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Integrate vendor tasks into the project plan, track progress, and review vendor deliverables.
