- Must be independently licensed in the state of practice.

- Provide on-site and remote direct therapeutic services to pediatric patients ages 5–26, their families, and adults, including assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
- Engage with urgent care staff and families to provide information, education, brief consultations, and referrals for patients and staff seeking assistance with mental health issues.
- Provide virtual and in-person consultations when not otherwise in treatment sessions.
- Proactively engage with families and staff to promote mental health services and provide timely information, education, and direction.
- Provide referrals to PM Mental Health services or other needed services as appropriate.
- Provide pediatric and adult mental health therapy as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Provide high-quality therapy services to patients.
- Participate in clinical team meetings with urgent care and mental health staff.
- Maintain weekly scheduled therapy appointments.
- Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, required documentation, and paperwork, and update patient medical records within 48 hours of patient visits.
- Use standardized tools such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to identify patients who may benefit from ongoing mental health services and help families navigate treatment.
- Make rapid assessments and follow through on recommendations in a timely manner.
- Identify patients demonstrating mental health needs and assist urgent care staff with those needs.
- Apply knowledge of child development to help families and staff determine appropriate assessments and next steps.
- Represent PM Mental Health professionally when meeting with local providers, hospitals, and payers.
- Make independent clinical decisions with minimal guidance.
