  • Prior experience working with all Cloud Service Provider Marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a must have
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales processes, cloud marketplaces and cloud offerings (SaaS/Hybrid)
  • Prior experience in change management and sales enablement
  • Experience in designing/driving complex projects and processes at scale and improve sales productivity through both direct and channel routes to market
  • Strong communication - written, verbal, listening, presentation, and persuasion skills with an ability to represent new ideas and concepts to executives and other influential stakeholders and negotiate consensus effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical capabilities to continuously measure and improve systems and processes based on data insights and performance metrics
  • Demonstrable skills at building strong working relationships and influencing both internal and external partners at all levels; has passion and convictions and the innate ability to encourage passion in others
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects/priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving work environment
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management preferred
  • Must be able to work in different time zones
  • Experience working in technology partnerships preferred
  • Own and operate the cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP) Marketplace Listings and Selling for Public and Private offers
  • Maintain documentation ownership covering all business processes related to the marketplace
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements (internal and external) to define and execute Cloud Marketplace roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure governance and execution of our Marketplace strategy and continuous change management in an evolving cloud marketplace and product offering landscape
  • Collaborate closely with AWS, Azure and GCP Marketplace experts, alliances leaders, product managers and associated channel partners to ensure frictionless and compliant transactions
  • Coordinate the flow of information across multiple groups, such as Sales, Product, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Operations, and outside Cloud Marketplace support organizations to facilitate the deal process, drive the best customer experience and outcome
  • Provide pre-sales functional and technical expertise and enablement through the sales process and be the expert to well-position Marketplace with Zscaler customer / field audiences
  • Be the conduit and escalation point between deal desk, sales, accounting, and alliances from a pre-sale and post-sales perspective regarding Marketplace functionality, benefits, features and processes
  • Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements for deep CSP (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP) Marketplace integration into Zscaler's tools and sales and business processes
  • Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to measure marketplace sales performance, priority outcomes, and initiative/program results
  • Leverage the marketplace data analytics platforms to understand customer purchase behavior, persona, trend and present to broader audience
  • Unblock issues related to Cloud Marketplaces private offer execution while collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally
