Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience creating short-form video content for digital channels
  • Strong portfolio of engaging, high-performing video work—ideally with B2B, SaaS, or AI experience
  • Proficient in editing tools like Premiere, Final Cut, Veed, Distro, Opus, or similar tools we haven’t used yet!
  • Scrappy, self-starting, and energized by fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Deep understanding of what works across video platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Curious, data-driven, and always iterating based on performance insights
  • Comfortable behind—and occasionally in front of—the camera
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end production of all video content—product explainers, customer stories, recruiting campaigns, social videos, brand spots, and more
  • Develop and execute distribution strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email, paid media, and the Regal website
  • Lead the creation of short-form video content optimized for performance and platform (e.g., TikTok-style B2B videos, YouTube pre-rolls, newsletter embeds)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives
  • Launch and measure experimental campaigns that combine storytelling with growth goals (think podcast clips, behind-the-scenes content, OOH extensions, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, CPL, pipeline contribution) to inform strategy and creative direction
  • Manage in-office video shoots, including lighting, audio, and production setup
  • Build a consistent visual identity and tone for Regal’s video content across all channels
