What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll blend hands-on lab work with coordination responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform a wide range of routine and specialized diagnostic laboratory tests
- Prepare and process specimens for microscopic examination and advanced testing
- Operate and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation
- Ensure compliance through quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Accurately record and manage lab results in designated systems
- Uphold strict safety, privacy, and biohazard protocols

What You Bring
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of hospital lab experience preferred
- Experience:
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Required Certification
- Valid certification as one of the following:
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Medical Technologist (MT)
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
