Requirements
- 5+ years of Americas focused payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- Experience with Workday HR/Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance preferred
- Solid understanding of multi-state payroll taxes
- Handles sensitive information with good judgment and discretion
- Intellectually curious and willing to learn
- Organized with great communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinker
- Detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude
- Self-motivated to improve and automate processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Preparing updates to payroll records
- Monitoring changes in compensation
- Completing month-end, quarterly, and annual processes
- Partnering with global Payroll team on expat payroll implications
- Assisting with semi-monthly payroll reports and reconciliations
- Working with Banking team on funding payroll
- Providing support during audits
- Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures
- Keeping up with payroll laws and regulations
- Recommending ways to improve and automate payroll processes
- Contributing to ad hoc projects
