Job Description:
Chief Nursing OfficerResponsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of Nursing/Patient Care Services.
Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.

- Ability to evaluate statistics and executive information reports
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related health field
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of five years’ progressive experience in a similar role in an acute care facility in managing multiple nursing units
