Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience based on a 4:1 ratio.
  • Three to five years of experience in operational roles with exposure to Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement and operational excellence tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze workflows, processes, and performance data.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Develop, document, and refine standardized processes, standard operating procedures, and playbooks.
  • Facilitate Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, PDCA, and Leader Standard Work.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators related to operational excellence.
  • Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to leaders and frontline teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support project success and strategic goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Five or more years of experience in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience in construction, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with strategic planning and change management.
  • Experience coaching field teams and implementing on-site improvements.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management tools.
  • Experience with data analytics and key performance indicator reporting.
