Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop a cohesive events strategy that aligns with Manychat’s brand vision and contributes to customer acquisition.
  • Partner with the Head of Events & Experience in the planning and roll-out of our major annual online summit, regular educational webinars, and strategic presence at industry events.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation.
  • Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated event campaigns, including web presence, paid acquisition, influencer marketing, and email marketing, aimed at boosting acquisition and engagement.
  • Set and measure event objectives and success criteria, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and work alongside the Marketing Analytics team for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Make key decisions on technology solutions that support event delivery, with a comprehensive understanding of various event technologies.
