Requirements
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Generalist role.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Workday preferred).
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization preferred.
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of customer orientation.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with others.
  • Custodian of company culture, role model of values and expected behaviors.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Support local and global HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Handles all employee relations issues
  • Facilitates new hire orientation and on boarding
  • Works to ensure consistent Aptia culture regardless of geographic location
  • Guide and support staff through the annual performance review process
  • Manage offboarding process, conduct exit interviews
  • Ensure company compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manages HR projects, as assigned
