  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Generalist role.

Responsibilities
  • Support local and global HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Handles all employee relations issues
  • Facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Works to ensure consistent Aptia culture regardless of geographic location
  • Guide and support staff through the annual performance review process
  • Manage offboarding process, conduct exit interviews
  • Ensure company compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manages HR projects, as assigned
