Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about assigned programs, including field trips, student arrival, program calendars, and Center contact information.
  • Update the institutional knowledge database with important Center updates and routine queries.
  • Assist with or review language assessment tests and other Center-related forms, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, communication, materials preparation, and tracking of curricular initiatives.
  • File expense reports, organize program files, maintain calendars, and make travel arrangements.
  • Collect updated course syllabi from Centers and follow protocols for uploading them to the public website.
  • Provide administrative assistance and logistical support to a portfolio of international study centers.
  • Facilitate course registration and maintain pre-departure information and program content online.
  • Ensure syllabi are formatted and updated regularly.
  • Update program fees and edit other promotional materials.
  • Complete department projects and other tasks assigned by departmental leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience living, working, or studying abroad.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak a second language.
