- Ability to work efficiently with a hybrid work schedule (average 2 days/week in-office requirement)

- Driving team metrics including utilization, revenue, project management, client satisfaction, and delivery efficiency
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and training to employees
- Handling the distribution of work and ensuring projects are completed and implementations are successful according to project plans
- Being a resource for escalations, participating in client groups, and cross-departmental communication
- Accurate and timely collection, data processing, and reviewing of financial source documents for clients
- Prompt and frequent communication with team and clients
- Solutions for unique situations and client escalations
- Embedding client-centricity and delivering customer service at or above client & stakeholder expectations
- Filtering team questions to appropriate resources, supporting core processes and enabling functions
- Assisting with special projects, Innovation Day, operating mechanisms, and other department initiatives
- Supervising team members attendance, PTO, and payroll using Workday
- Fostering an inclusive, positive work environment; organizing team building events and meetings
- Building strong teams - attracting, developing, and retaining top performers
- Developing high performance teams by diagnosing, understanding, and facilitating team dynamics
- Observing and tracking growth of direct reports, creating customized goals, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating bi-weekly 1-on-1s
- Overseeing key recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development programs
