Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-3 years in a highly technical financial role (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking)
  • Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills required (Complex Lookups, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling, etc.)
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using accounting software, NetSuite a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the FSG holding companies
  • Collaborate with property/entity finance teams to consolidate and report monthly and quarterly forecasts and biannual long term plans
  • Partner with FSG properties to enhance forecasting methodologies and implement best practices in financial planning
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights to support decision-making
  • Support debt financing activity across the FSG platform, including development and maintenance of complex scenario models
  • Monitor debt covenant performance for holding company and property-level debt regularly and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain weekly holding company cash flow forecasts and complete weekly loan notice requests to enable efficient debt management
  • Own cross-platform vendor synergy initiative, working across all FSG properties to identify procurement efficiencies, cost savings, and value creation opportunities
  • Support new system implementations to streamline forecast reporting processes and improve accuracy
  • Support Vice President on key financial tasks/deliverables including ad hoc analyses, data visualizations, and other requests
