Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of engineering managers responsible for engineering, testing, project management, planning, and DevOps.
  • Build and maintain a diverse, inclusive, and innovative technical team adept at solving complex problems.
  • Mentor and manage multiple engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of a high-performing, secure enterprise system.
  • Engage in career and performance discussions that align with business objectives, key results, and career goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Strategy teams to define and drive the vision for the Portfolio Accounting engine, Reconciliation, and Investment Data.
  • Foster strong relationships within a multi-location organization.
  • Guide architectural and technology decisions, contributing domain insights and technical expertise.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for a distributed microservice architecture, encompassing data flow, product, infrastructure, security, and quality.
  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Optimize the tech stack and tooling to ensure team productivity and satisfaction.
  • Apply organizational design methodologies to manage team allocations and track deliverable completion.
  • Foster an environment of growth, collaboration, agility, and accountability.
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency.
