Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of corporate recruiting filing roles across all departments including information technology, data analytics, and finance
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, Greenhouse preferred
- Experience mentoring and leading recruitment teams is a plus
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc)
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Develop candidate pipelines and implement creative sourcing strategies
- Consult with management on strategic and current staffing needs; help management identify hiring priorities and ensure timely hiring for open positions
- Create and maintain recruiting reports that show forecasting and recruiting metrics
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Show a passion for process improvement and work to implement automation, best practices, and other strategies to ensure a best in class recruiting process
- Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners while understanding their unique needs
- Mentor team members on best practices as well as work as a partner to determine and execute the best recruiting process for each individual role
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management anticipating business preferences and future openings
- Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics
- Support and manage immigration cases by working closely with candidates, employees, and immigration attorneys to ensure we are securing and retaining top talent
