- Current Michigan occupational therapist licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on each patient’s needs and goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team.
