Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a graphic/motion designer with a social content background to join a fast-growing team of social content creators. You will have the opportunity to produce social campaigns for BBH’s most loved brands, working with some of the industry’s best social specialists and creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Designing innovative and engaging content from scratch for social media channels, websites, and presentation decks.
- Adding design elements (animated text, brand assets) to existing static and video assets.
- Experimenting with different types of design (motion graphics, animation etc.) to ensure campaign content is best in-class and platform native.
- Keeping up-to-date with design and social trends, in order to always bring new ideas and concepts into the work.
- Managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously.
Qualifications
About you:
- You’re a talented Designer with 2-4 years of experience (agency or in-house) and can produce both still and motion assets.
- Adobe Suite is your bread and butter (particularly InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- You live and breathe social, know how to create social-first assets, and want to work on a variety of different brands across all sectors.
- You’re capable of taking strategy and executing it in social-first, show-stopping ways.
- You’re design obsessed, and have an advanced technical understanding of design principles and how to apply them to the latest trends and innovations.
- You love brands and social media: you’re fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this.
- You can effectively manage your workload and communicate with the wider team on time required, stoppages, and better ways of working.
- You can write compelling, unique social copy for a range of different audiences (desirable, not required).
