Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience with Workday Absence & Time both hands-on and from a strategic standpoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record.
  • Experience implementing Workday in a multinational or global context is preferred.
  • Proven four to six years of experience in Workday implementation.
  • Experience in multiple Workday modules, with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Absence & Time as a must-have.
  • At least one of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Learning Management, or Talent.
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in Human Capital Management and Absence or other modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of Human Resources operations, processes, and data definitions.
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant in at least two full end-to-end Workday implementations in a multinational, complex environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business analysis skills, including the ability to listen, understand problems, and translate into clear solutions.
  • An organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Design, improve, and optimize Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, focusing on employee experience.
  • Provide global and local Workday solutions to business problems outside of country implementations.
  • Understand the organization’s strategy, way of working, and business architecture; apply an outside-in perspective.
  • You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Workday Absence & Time solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Global experience would be nice to have.
  • Proven expertise as a subject matter expert who can mentor other team members.
  • Workday certifications in HCM and Absence or other modules (preferred).

Hitachi Digital Services launches Manufacturing Operations Management platform to accelerate smart factory transformation

Hitachi Digital Services has launched a Manufacturing Operations Management platform to strengthen integration between operational and information technology systems. The platform aims to transform discrete manufacturing sites into smart factories and expand Hitachi's HMAX Industry solutions portfolio. Built on open, modular architecture, the MOM platform delivers real-time traceability from design through manufacturing, enables data-driven decision-making, and supports scalable workflows. The technology has been refined across over 100 manufacturing sites and will initially power Hitachi Group factories through a "Customer Zero" approach. The platform targets asset-heavy sectors including energy, high tech, manufacturing and transportation.
