Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of total experience in finance or business operations including 2+ years at a high growth startup
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills with an ability to own complicated models end-to-end
  • Highly analytical with ability to consume and process large amounts of information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and scale the finance function (team, system implementation, and process development) through periods of rapid growth
  • Build and manage annual financial plans that provide critical insight into revenue, margins, burn and other key operational metrics
  • Manage all aspects of our finance operations, providing both tactical and strategic support - Including all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting
  • Own financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, and internal reporting to Secureframe's leadership and board of directors
  • Partner closely with CEO to provide insight into the health of Secureframe's business by defining KPIs and tracking their progress
  • Manage finance related requests from our accounting and legal partners
