• Help the trading desk with daily operations
• Execute and optimize portfolio trades
• Build new automation tools and improve existing procedures for risk management, PNL and control
• Assist the team with development of new strategies
• Help optimize capital usage, streamline operations and drive process improvements
• Analyze practical issues relating to the implementation of trading strategies such as liquidity constraints and transaction costs

• Deep knowledge of Python, with experience using it in a front office financial role (strongly desirable)
• STEM background, with some focus in science, math or engineering
• Training in statistics and probability
• Quantitative nature and approach to problem solving
• Must be able to work independently
• Good understanding of finance and trading concepts
• Excellent people skills and must be able to handle pressure
• Familiarity with the crypto trading industry (desirable)
