At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home.You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.
What you’ll get to do...
- Lead the business unit finance team, supporting our leadership team and our organization
- Own and lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process by handling the business unit’s performance to achieve the targets
- Lead executive level reporting, including preparing materials and communicating insights to company leaders, providing insights into the business drivers which impact our financials
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance and associated discussions
- Lead, mentor, and coach our team of finance professionals
Your experience should include...
- 10+ years of financial experience including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization.
- Meticulous analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling, analysis, and valuation
- Strategic mentality, a self-starter, able to demonstrate working independently as well as in team settings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and vitality for achieving results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and adapt to prioritize multiple projects.
- Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively across all levels, and with external partners, enhancing performance, problem solving, and results
- Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
