Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is Preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse leadership
  • Knowledge and experience with DOT
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering results.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System
  • Self-motivated and can initiate continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak
Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse personnel at two Milwaukee locations (1.5 miles apart).
  • Lead all Hydrite Safety program initiatives and drive/deliver measurable safety improvements in the warehouse operation.
  • Lead all Hydrite Quality program initiatives and drive/deliver measurable safety improvements in the warehouse operation.
  • Assure compliance to all regulations as dictated by FDA, DOT, EPA, DNR, OSHA and other government agencies.
  • Lead employee performance and development through coaching and periodic evaluations.
  • Manage all resources as it relates to Warehouse: Personnel, Department Expenses, Capital Expenses and projects.
  • Project Leader / Manager for all warehouse continuous improvement: Warehouse Management System, Efficiency, Capacity.
  • Establish strong communication channels within local operations and between operational sites and corporate functions: Safety/Regulatory, Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service.
  • Create and manage KPI’s, track performance trends, and problem solve.
  • Responsible for leading and driving the Hydrite safety Vision, Mission and Values as outlined.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety, warehouse operations, and quality.
