Korean Bilingual Business Consultant and Data Analyst
1. Core responsibilities.
· Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and executing improvement strategies.
· Analyze, visualize, and automate data and business processes, working independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Evaluate business needs and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project proposals, recommendations, and evaluation results.
· Lead business requirements gathering and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Develop and maintain processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, milestones, and action items.
· Manage relationships, requirements, and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
· Lead project team meetings and communicate project status, progress, risks, issues, and next steps.
· Support cross-functional initiatives involving business operations, systems, data analysis, and process improvement.
· Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and other business materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for internal and external audiences.
· Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and support the implementation of practical and effective solutions.
2. Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant, or in a process improvement role.
· Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred.
· Strong project and program management skills, including experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results on time.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities.
· Ability to quickly learn new business processes and effectively represent business requirements on behalf of business owners.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team objectives and complete assignments within established deadlines.
· Ability to quickly understand new topics, businesses, systems, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working across sales, operations, logistics, systems, and financial functions.
· Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience using data visualization, automation, and analytics tools is preferred but not required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Willingness to work in the office in accordance with company guidelines and travel up to 10%.
