That includes risk management, accountability, transparency, oversight, and processes for responsible AI development and use. The announcement comes as voice AI and agentic systems become more closely integrated with customer service and communications platforms. Bandwidth cited Gartner forecasts suggesting that 90% of enterprise software applications will include agentic AI by 2029. Gartner also expects 85% of global enterprises to require AI-enhanced security capabilities within their Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) toolsets. Bandwidth reported record second-quarter revenue of $220 million, up 22% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA rising 27% to $28 million.
