Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with data extraction and transformation in Power BI, Microsoft CRM, Oracle DBs, SQL Server, and Excel
  • Ability to write, optimize, and manage complex SQL and DAX queries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate preferred
  • Mandatory: SQL Server, Power BI capabilities, Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Office Tools
  • Additional Preferred: Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Responsibilities
  • Provide crucial insight into organizational performance and track financial and strategic goals
  • Build compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on structured data models
  • Publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance
  • Train team members/users on Power BI tool, dashboards, and reports
  • Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests
  • Comply with Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills with business acumen and effective communication skills
  • Experience in building end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions
  • Motivated to take responsibility for BI solutions from conception to delivery
  • Passion for using data to drive business decisions
  • Comfortable with data mining and visualization techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in a project-based business and understanding of project management and resource management principles
