Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative technology strategy for HCM, Talent, and Experience systems that aligns with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee the continuous evolution of HCM systems, service delivery, and integration processes, championing best practices across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of industry-leading best practices in HCM and P&C technology, ensuring that systems and frameworks are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all P&C technology initiatives support the broader business strategy, drive transformation across the organization, and incorporate AI and emerging technologies to future-proof operations.
  • Own the development and coordination of the HCM technology strategy and associated roadmap, ensuring consultation and buy-in from key stakeholders across business units.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, including Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cybersecurity, and global scalability standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the P&C technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure seamless integration of P&C practices into the broader organizational framework.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between P&C and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with portfolio objectives.
  • Proactively identify emerging stakeholder needs and leverage feedback to drive continuous improvements in HR technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technology organizations to ensure strategic alignment with the Enterprise Data & AI and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Establish and promote a culture of operational excellence within P&C technology, driving initiatives that enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Implement robust performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of HCM processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the optimization of HCM workflows and processes, leveraging automation, AI, and innovative technologies to enhance service quality.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices in service management, ensuring the HCM & P&C processes and frameworks are efficient, effective, aligned with industry standards, and resilient against risks.
  • Own and oversee the technology operations for all HCM & P&C Technology including payroll systems and related accounting.
  • Lead and oversee large specialized teams within the HRIS technology functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-impact results.
  • Ensure effective team management, coordination, and development, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Mentor and guide team leaders to support their professional growth and the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives across HRIS systems and technologies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team development and organizational culture.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the P&C technology function, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective allocation of resources to support transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures related to HCM operations.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting, providing insights to senior leadership on the financial health of the P&C function and its impact on overall business objectives.
  • Align financial goals with sustainability and ESG objectives, reflecting modern organizational priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Workday, SAP Fieldglass, Infor Online Time and Attendance (OTA), International Payroll (Safeguard), and/or SNOW HRSD
  • Relevant Service Architecture qualifications are a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management, e.g., PMP, is nice to have.
  • Experience working in a national or global company
