Requirements
  • Presence required on-site throughout the assignment.
  • Capable of traversing extensive distances both indoors and outdoors, even in adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Jira application for tracking campaign actions to ensure products adhere to specified requirements.
  • Understanding of internal systems for parts and products, such as Co-pilot and EDB, is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate repair efforts for P6700 trucks as part of campaigns.
  • Provide daily reports to the program team.
  • Actively participate in weekly internal campaign meetings (CRM).
  • Oversee the management of internal CRR campaigns.
  • Coordinate the receipt of materials for each campaign.
  • Arrange for trucks to be available at the appropriate locations to commence campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Campaign Coordinator to monitor and report on the status of campaigns. Report any ongoing campaign issues to ensure timely support can be provided.
  • Develop and document campaigns for legacy products, including offline instructions.
  • Maintain communication with third-party entities performing offsite programming to ensure timely blocking and releasing of trucks.
