What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Program Manager. In this role, you will lead a therapeutic program(s) and deliver on successful discovery and clinical metrics for the program(s). You will report to the General Manager, engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead therapeutic program(s) by managing discovery CRO relationships, Clinical Operations stakeholders and reporting to your GM on process
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Development or roles directly related to the Research & Development of therapeutic programs
- Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
- Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
