DEPT Americas Multiple clients track Role : Manual QA – Salesforce Testing L1 : Competency Panel L2 : Account Panel/Client Interview Location : Pune Only Account SPOC : Ruban Jaba Singh J [email protected] Abhishek Awasthi [email protected] TSR: Test Lead Manual (G5) Job Description: Manual QA - Salesforce Testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce business processes and requirements. • Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce modules. • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution. • Validate data integrity, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce applications. • Conduct testing of Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. • Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of fixes and enhancements. • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports. • Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and compliance with organizational standards. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality and performance of Salesforce systems"
