  • 5+ years in Manufacturing environment
  • Managerial experience necessary, 1-3 years preferred
  • 5+ years implementing structured Lean systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Highly developed understanding of Total Productive Maintenance methodologies and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to present proposals and projects to all levels of employees
  • Ability to quantify improvements per Key Performance Indicator, lead Root Cause Analysis to solve production loss issues, lead change, and create process flows, value streams and flow diagrams
  • Proficient in the use of value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, 5S, Single-Minute Exchange of Die visual management and other Lean tools
